Biography
He Huibin (何慧斌) is a Ph.D. and an associate professor at the School of Arts and Humanities at Hubei Academy of Fine Arts. He is a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a member of the Academic Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Calligraphers Association, and a member of the Zhongnan Seal Society.
