This is one of the twelve pages from the album titled "Flowers of Prosperity" created by Mr. Li Hongzhao. This ink painting delicately displays the elegance and spirit of the orchid. In the artwork, the orchids are slender and upright, with petals and leaves presented in varying shades of ink, simple yet poetic. The orchid symbolizes the gentleman, refined and ethereal, which is perfectly interpreted through the artist's brushwork. The inscription includes a verse by the Song dynasty poet Zheng Sixiao: "Pure are the gentlemen, utterly without petty men; in the empty mountains, heaven itself brings spring," further emphasizing the symbolism of the orchid as the flower of the gentleman, suggesting that in the tranquil mountains, there exists an eternal spring of heaven and earth. This set of album pages can be collected individually or as a complete set of twelve pages. If purchased as a whole, the twelve paintings will be housed in a hard case with a cover title.
