Opposite Shadow (對影)

The young female artist Niu Wenjuan skillfully blends traditional Chinese painting techniques with modern artistic concepts in her work "Opposite Shadow," displaying an innovative artistic style. Although she uses traditional Chinese painting materials and tools such as Xuan paper, brushes, and ink, her choice of themes and expression techniques clearly show a modern innovative consciousness. In "Opposite Shadow," Niu Wenjuan opts for a strikingly contrasted geometric layout to express the themes of opposition and harmony. This method of dividing the screen is rare in traditional Chinese painting, demonstrating her modern exploration in composition.
